The Decks is a unique guest house centrally located on the slopes of Lion's Head in Sea Point and it can accommodate up to fifteen people comfortably. Because of its elevated setting the house has an extraordinary 180-degree view of Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard. Guests can choose from five modern bedrooms and two self-catering apartments on three different levels.

The house has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi bath, both with scenic views. It is spacious and has a friendly atmosphere with large outside areas (the decks it was named after) as well as indoor communal kitchen, dining room and lounge areas. Yet the house layout is large enough to provide space for privacy and quiet time also. Two blocks down the road there are many shops, restaurants and other businesses, whereas the popular Waterfront, City Centre and De Waterkant area in Green Point are five minutes by taxi or car.

The friendly host Erwan and Jaco have a unique social approach where he caters to every guest's needs in a tailor made and personal way, 24 hours a day. Language courses, bicycles, massages, tours, you name it, there is nothing that cannot be arranged on short notice. Breakfast is available daily until 2 pm.
